Complex No. I – plot number 166 (24,63 ha), 3/2 (4,77 ha) rural precint of Drożyna, plot number 55/6 (0,79 ha), 55/5 (1,32 ha), 55/3 (0,97 ha), 55/4(0,90 ha), 274/1 (1,86 ha), 274/4 (10,12 ha), 53/5 (6,24 ha), 53/3 (6,45 ha) rural precint of Przesieczna and plot number 55 (3,18 ha) rural precint of Drożów.

Description of the area: Flat and unbuilt area, type "Greenfield” located on both sides of the National Road No. 3 and No. 12, and near Expressway S3 and near the Road Junction "Drożów”.

Purpose of the area: symbol PP means the area with a predominance of economic functions (industry), with the exception of objects associated with agricultural production and support and mining facilities

Supplies: All necessary supplies brought to the border of Complex No. I

Main and Access Roads : direct exit from the Expressway S3 (European route E65) near the Road Junction "Drożów" and the access from the National Road No. 12 and No. 3.

Distance from cities: Wrocław (100 km.), Poznań (204km.), Szczecin (273km.), Kraków (377km.), Warszawa (407km.),
The nearest boarder corssings: Łęknica-Bad Muskau (DEU) –  111 km., Zawidów-Habartice (CZE) –  118 km.

Note: Areas lie close to Polkowice Subzone of Legnica Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and within the short distance of Legnica-Głogów Copper District (LGOM).
